TourMora sells experiences we have contracted, priced and checked ourselves — across the seven emirates and a growing outbound programme.
Most travel marketplaces resell inventory they have never seen. We started TourMora because the gap between what a listing promises and what turns up at your hotel lobby is where a holiday goes wrong.
TourMora is operated by VAINEX - FZCO, a freezone company registered in Dubai under trade licence 53401 at IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis. Our team is based in the UAE, works in the same time zone as the operators who deliver your experience, and holds each of their licences, insurance certificates and written cancellation terms on file before a listing goes live.
That is a slower way to build a catalogue. It means we publish a small number of confirmed rates rather than six hundred speculative ones, and it means the price you see is the price the operator has agreed to honour, with the cancellation deadline set out in writing before you pay.
Between the desert camps outside Lahbab, the charter berths in Dubai Marina and the museum desks on Saadiyat Island, our product team spends more time in vehicles than at desks. It is the only reliable way to know whether a pickup window is realistic in Sharjah traffic, or whether a camp really does cater for a nut allergy.
How we work
We contract directly
No resold inventory from opaque wholesalers. Every operator we list is contracted, licensed and insured, and we hold their written terms on file.
We verify before we publish
A listing only goes live once we have the supplier's trade licence, public liability cover, the exact inclusions and the cancellation deadline in writing.
We reconfirm every booking
Reservations are checked against live operator availability. If anything has changed — timing, pickup, price — you hear it from us before you pay.
We stay reachable on the day
Every voucher carries a direct line to our operations desk, not a generic call centre queue.
