Standard cancellation window
Most experiences may be cancelled up to 24 hours before start for a full refund. Each experience shows its own policy.
Non-refundable bookings
Certain tickets are non-refundable once issued. This is clearly marked at checkout.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Force majeure
If a supplier cancels for weather or safety reasons, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
