Most of what you can book online in the UAE passes through two or three wholesalers before it reaches a customer. That is why cancellation terms are vague and why nobody can tell you which company will actually collect you. TourMora contracts operators directly: one agreement, one set of written terms, one accountable party on the day.
TourMora is the merchant of record for the reservation. The experience itself is delivered by the third-party operator named on your voucher, under that operator's licence and insurance. We disclose the operating supplier and its terms in writing before any payment is taken — never after.
Operator names are published on the voucher and confirmation rather than in the public catalogue while contracts are being finalised. If you want the operating supplier named before you reserve, email management@tourmora.online with the experience and travel date and we will confirm it in writing.
A current UAE trade licence covering the exact activity being sold, checked against the issuing authority's register.
Where the activity is separately regulated — desert routes, marine charter, limousine transport — we hold the specific permit, not just the trade licence.
Public liability and passenger cover with the certificate and expiry date on file. Expired cover suspends the listing automatically.
Net rate, inclusions, child policy, capacity limits and the cancellation deadline, signed rather than screenshotted from a portal.
A named reservations contact and a 24-hour duty number for the day of travel, tested before the listing goes live.
Every operator record is re-verified yearly, and after any incident, complaint pattern or change of ownership.

TourMora does not publish ratings, star scores or testimonials that did not come from a completed booking. Review invitations are sent by email 24 hours after travel, to the lead guest on the reservation only. Reviews cannot be purchased, edited or removed by operators, and unedited negative reviews stay published.
